Touré Yaya added to injured list
The Barça squad sees three changes to that which played on Tuesday against Manchester United. Iniesta, Milito and Touré Yaya are all out for various reasons and Giovani, Oleguer and Marquez will take their places.
According to medical staff, during training this Saturday morning Tourè Yaya strained the internal lateral ligament in his left ankle and will miss the game against Valencia, though he will undergo treatment to try to have him fit for Wednesday. And so the Ivorian is added to the injured list which already includes Milito and Iniesta .
Giovani, Oleguer and Marquez
These three players, who didn’t travel to Manchester, will take the places of the injured players. The Mexican, or Edmilson, will play in Touré Yaya’s place in front of the defence, while Oleguer could make an appearance after a lengthy lay off: his last game for Barça was the 1-1 draw against Seville in the Sánchez Pizjuán.
