Get your tickets in 7 easy steps!

1- As you can see in the picture below, each product has an icon like this . Click on the icon of the product that you want

After that a box is opened.

2- In this box you can choose the number of tickets that do you want.

3-After choosing the number of tickets you have to choose one of the 2 options in order to continue your purchase.

The first option is Add to basket and return to web. If you choose this your new tickets will be added to your basket but you will remain on the website for maybe another purchase of tickets.

The second option is Add to basket and go to purchase. If you choose this one you will go to the final form to formalize your purchase

In both ways your tickets will be added to your basket in the top right corner. In any moment you can go to the final form of your purchase by clicking on the Basket detail button.

4- Once in the final form you can see first a resum of all the products that are in your basket. You can edit this by adding more quantity or deleting some of your products.

5- The next step is choosing a delivery mode. This is a very important step. You can choose between 3 different options:

The first mode is that the tickets will be delivered in the adress that you provide in Barcelona. An additional Shipping Charge of €9.95 will be added to the Subtotal. You have to fill the delivery form to let us know the adress of the delivery.

The second mode is that you will pick the tickets in the Pick up point. This mode has a €0 additional cost. You can see the adress and a small map of the Pick up point.

The third mode is that the tickets will be delivered in the adress that you provide in Barcelona but you don't know this adress yet. You will be able to provide it later in the Customer section of the website. An additional Shipping Charge of €9.95 will be added to the Subtotal.

6- The next step is filling the form of the billing information. Write here your personal data and choose the credit card you want to use. We encrypt your data so be confident that your credit card data is secure.

7- Now you have to read the terms and conditions and accept it. After that click on the Valid Purchase button and your purchase will be done. A box will be displayed informing you if there is any data missing.

You will receive an email with your order details and your codes to access to the Costumer website.
